About Darren Sylvester

Darren SylvesterDarren Sylvester graduated from the University of Essex in 2002 (LL.B. Hons) and went on to read for the Bar at the Inns of Court School Law, City University, London, where he was Called to the Bar by the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn in 2003.

His primary areas of law include professional negligence; insurance law; civil litigation; personal injury; employment law; wills, probate and trusts and costs, however, Darren has a keen interest in human rights and discrimination matters (race, gender, disability, age, sexual orientation and religion) as well as diversity and equality issues generally, but especially within the legal profession.

He previously founded and run Legal Tutoring Services, a successful enterprise that was primarily geared towards undergraduate law students that assisted them with expert tuition, guidance and advice in all academic, vocational and professional matters.

In one of Darren’s other ventures, Vicissitude Life Coaching and Mentoring Services he principally (but not exclusively) offered professional coaching, mentoring and advice to students who, among other things, requested support in setting effective short, medium and long term goals; those that required assistance in developing effective communication skills and those that needed cooperation in effectively managing their time.
